Team Vision Day 2025

We’ve just had our Team Vision Day, bringing together colleagues from across the charity - volunteers, staff and trustees.

It was a fantastic opportunity to reflect on the past year, recognise what we’ve achieved, and start shaping our plans for 2026 and beyond. The day was filled with thoughtful discussions, learning relaxation techniques, sharing a meal, and, most importantly, making the most of everyone being in the same place at the same time!

On the same day, our amazing Counselling team came together for their annual team day! This year’s focus was on Creative Art Therapy - exploring how it can be woven into the incredible work they already do here at Alternatives.

The day gave our counsellors space to reflect, recharge, and be encouraged. Their dedication enables us to continue offering empathy, care, and professional therapy to those who need it most. Because of them, lives in our community are being transformed every single day.

We’re wrapping up the year ahead feeling inspired, focused and motivated!
