Many women can suffer from postnatal depression following the birth of their baby. We offer counselling and support to anyone affected by postnatal depression. If you are struggling with postnatal depression, having someone to talk to could really help - call today to make an appointment.

Partners can also find the time after the birth of a baby very difficult to adjust to, we are here for you too.

Sessions are offered on a one-to-one basis with a trained and qualified counsellor. Alternatives Watford works within the BACP guidelines of confidentiality.

Post natal depression appointments are offered free of charge although you are invited to make a donation where possible. Please contact us today if you would like to come and talk to someone.

Our counselling services are offered to people living in and around Watford, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans and the surrounding villages.
